Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

UK Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@wotbox.shop with your name and order number

PO Boxes We may not always be able to ship to PO Boxes — please get in touch if you have any questions.

Local Delivery We may occasionally offer free local delivery within a 1-mile radius of Hove, East Sussex.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
