Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
How to Return
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return and specify which items you'd like to send back.
- Ship your order back to us. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- We will process your return within 14 days of receiving it and issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping cost.
Non-Refundable Items The following cannot be refunded:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Store credit
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please email info@wotbox.shop as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Lost or Damaged in Transit We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the courier, but please get in touch and we'll do what we can to help.
